Terms and Conditions

Payment & Fees

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is due at the time of booking to reserve the session date.
Remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed method.
Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.
Military, First Responders and 501(c)(3) organizations must provide adequate documentation to be eligible for discounts.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If the Client needs to reschedule, they must notify the Photographer at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the Client cancels the session entirely, the retainer is forfeited.
In the event of Photographer illness, emergency, or inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 14 business days.
The number of images delivered will match the selected package.
RAW files will not be released under any circumstances.

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
The Client is granted a personal use license, which includes sharing and printing images for non-commercial purposes.
Client may not alter, sell, or distribute the images without written consent.
Photographer may use select images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional use unless the Client submits a written request to opt out.

Liability

The Photographer is not liable for:

Missed shots due to late arrival or uncooperative subjects.
Missed shots due to interference from other participants.
Acts of nature, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

Every effort will be made to deliver high-quality images, but results may vary depending on lighting, location, and subject conditions.

Model Release

Client agrees that images may be used by Snapshot’s Bittersweet Photography for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and print materials, unless Client submits a written request declining this.
